Shipping policy

SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Effective Date: 03/07/2026

This Shipping & Delivery Policy forms part of the REVONTA Terms of Service and applies to all services purchased from REVONTA.

As REVONTA provides digital creative services, no physical products are shipped.


1. Digital Services

REVONTA provides digital marketing and creative services, including but not limited to:

  • User Generated Content (UGC)
  • Edited Videos
  • Raw Video Footage
  • Script Writing
  • Content Strategy
  • Hook Strategy
  • Creative Consultation
  • Monthly Content Retainers
  • Other agreed creative services

All deliverables are supplied electronically.


2. Delivery Methods

Completed deliverables may be provided through one or more of the following methods:

  • Email
  • Secure cloud storage
  • File-sharing platforms
  • Any other delivery method agreed in writing with the Client

REVONTA reserves the right to choose the most appropriate delivery method for each project.


3. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes depend on the purchased service and project scope.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Standard projects are typically delivered within 7 business days.
  • Larger projects, retainers, or multi-video packages are delivered according to the production schedule agreed before payment.

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed as fixed deadlines.


4. Client Delays

Delivery timelines are based on the Client providing all required information, assets, approvals, and feedback promptly.

If the Client delays by:

  • failing to provide required materials;
  • failing to approve scripts;
  • failing to respond to communications; or
  • otherwise delaying the project,

REVONTA may extend delivery deadlines by the length of the delay or as reasonably required.

REVONTA shall not be responsible for delays caused by the Client.


5. Completion of Delivery

Delivery is deemed complete once the agreed files have been successfully sent to the Client’s nominated email address, secure file-sharing platform, or other agreed delivery method.

The Client is responsible for ensuring that their contact details are accurate and capable of receiving digital files.


6. Acceptance Period

Following delivery, the Client has forty-eight (48) hours to review the deliverables and notify REVONTA in writing of any issues relating to the agreed project scope.

If no written concerns are received within this period:

  • the deliverables shall be deemed accepted;
  • the project shall be considered complete; and
  • any additional work requested thereafter may be treated as a new service and may incur additional charges.


7. Revisions

Where revisions are included within the purchased package, they will be provided in accordance with the REVONTA Terms of Service.

Revision requests must relate to the originally agreed project scope.

Requests outside the agreed scope, including new creative concepts, additional filming, or substantial changes, may incur additional charges.


8. Consultation Services

Where consultation sessions form part of a purchased package, they shall be delivered at mutually agreed times.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, included consultation sessions must be used within 30 days of project completion.

Unused consultation sessions expire after this period and are non-refundable.


9. Technical Issues

REVONTA is not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by:

  • internet outages;
  • email provider restrictions;
  • spam filtering;
  • incorrect contact information supplied by the Client;
  • software incompatibility outside REVONTA’s control; or
  • other technical issues beyond our reasonable control.

Where reasonably possible, REVONTA will work with the Client to arrange an alternative delivery method.


10. Force Majeure

REVONTA shall not be liable for delays resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • creator illness;
  • power failures;
  • internet outages;
  • platform interruptions;
  • natural disasters;
  • government restrictions; or
  • other unforeseen events.

Delivery dates shall be extended where reasonably necessary.
