Refund policy
REFUND POLICY
Effective Date: 03/07/2026
This Refund Policy forms part of the REVONTA Terms of Service and applies to all services purchased from REVONTA. By purchasing our services, you agree to this Refund Policy.
1. General Policy
REVONTA provides bespoke creative and marketing services that are planned and produced specifically for each client.
Due to the customised nature of our services, refunds are limited once work has commenced.
2. Before Work Begins
A refund request may be considered before work has commenced.
If payment has been received but no project-related work has started, REVONTA may, at its sole discretion, approve either:
- a full refund; or
- a partial refund where payment processing or administrative costs have been incurred.
Approval of any refund before work begins is entirely at REVONTA’s discretion.
3. When Work Has Commenced
Once work has commenced, payments become non-refundable.
Work is considered to have commenced once REVONTA begins any project-related activity, including but not limited to:
- project planning;
- research;
- strategy development;
- creator sourcing;
- creator communication;
- script writing;
- production scheduling;
- editing;
- filming arrangements;
- creative development;
- project management.
4. Deposits
Where a deposit is accepted instead of full payment:
- deposits secure production capacity and scheduling;
- deposits are non-refundable;
- deposits cannot be transferred to another project unless agreed in writing by REVONTA.
5. Completed Services
Refunds will not be provided once:
- agreed deliverables have been supplied;
- the project has been completed;
- the Client has accepted the work; or
- the forty-eight (48) hour acceptance period has expired as described in our Terms of Service.
6. Campaign Performance
REVONTA creates content and creative assets.
We do not guarantee:
- sales;
- revenue;
- return on investment;
- return on ad spend (ROAS);
- conversions;
- engagement;
- followers;
- views;
- leads; or
- any commercial outcome.
Accordingly, refunds will not be issued because content or marketing campaigns do not achieve a desired business result.
7. Change of Mind
Refunds will not be issued where a Client:
- changes their mind;
- decides not to continue with the project;
- no longer requires the services;
- changes internal business priorities; or
- wishes to cancel after work has commenced.
8. Client Delays or Non-Response
Failure by the Client to provide required information, assets or feedback does not entitle the Client to a refund.
Where a project is delayed because of the Client, the project will remain subject to the terms agreed at the time of purchase.
9. Revisions
Requests made within the included revision allowance will be handled in accordance with the purchased package and the REVONTA Terms of Service.
A request for revisions does not constitute grounds for a refund.
10. Chargebacks
Clients agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without legitimate legal grounds.
Where a chargeback is initiated, REVONTA reserves the right to provide evidence including:
- invoices;
- contracts;
- emails;
- messages;
- project files;
- delivery confirmations;
- timestamps;
- revision history; and
- any other documentation demonstrating the services provided.
11. Exceptional Circumstances
REVONTA may, at its sole discretion, offer a goodwill refund or partial refund in exceptional circumstances.
Any such refund shall not create an obligation to provide refunds in future cases.
12. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes or limits any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the laws of England and Wales.
